Our first attempt at an escape room, and brilliant fun. Hard enough to tax your brain, but not too hard, and the timing of the the whole room was perfect - we solved everything with just 3 minutes to go.
Great family experience - my youngest (12) now knows what he wants to do on his birthday instead of a party.
This is a new escape room based in Leamington and it was going through some teething problems when we visited, unfortunately - they were understaffed for the evening, so one person was manning two rooms, meaning we had several long pauses waiting for a response.
Apart from this, I felt a lot of effort had been put into the decor and layout of the room itself. The puzzles were a bit different - not just finding loads of 4-digit codes like other escape rooms. It took us a while to get into the flow of it, but once we'd found it, the puzzles were logical and enjoyable.
My only other comment would be that there could have been more immersion from the beginning - maybe using an intro video like other escape room companies do might help with this? We were told that once we entered the room, the power would blow and we'd be on a timer to fix it and escape; it would have been nice to actually have an explosion sound effect / flashing lights etc when we walked in, to act as nice immersion continuity.
On the whole, we enjoyed the room and are keen to try out the other two rooms on offer.
