By far the best two games in London are at this venue. The Book of Secrets is top of so many peoples list of London game because it's packed with highly original, challenging puzzles and above all has a great cohesive storyline that makes sense from start to finish. It's a joy to play, not easy, and so much fun.
So I've been to a few escape rooms before this visit so I had a rough idea of what to expect, however, Lady Chastity's was on a different level. From the start; the host, Gabriel was welcoming, funny and really added to the general atmosphere.
The room itself was well designed with pretty much everything an interact-able object, granted not everything is part of a puzzle but I've been to some rooms where the room was very restrictive in what you can touch. The puzzles were fun and challenging. It was nice to have some end goal to aim for as opposed to 'just escape'.
Will definitely visit their other room when I'm in London
Very good fun, great atmosphere, but uncomfortably hot in the room which spoilt the experience.
We went on this Escape Room with two complete novices and someone with a couple of rooms under their belt. We were immersed straight away with the puzzle. The puzzle was challenging but not so challenging that we ever felt stupid, and the communication / availability of clues was perfect - if you needed some you got some, but they were also happy to leave you to your own devices rather than walking you through what you needed to do. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the first room so much that we immediately then booked ourselves into the other available room. There are photos/little posters on the walls of the waiting room so you can see previous people and their scores, which was a nice touch - go Team Potato. Based on my experience I couldn't recommend highly enough and I have firmly caught the Escape Room bug.
A great experience with a very immersive game. We will be back to take on another challenge
Absolutely loved this. Gabriel was a phenomenal guide and really helped our immersion of the experience. A great raconteur, with good humour and a fantastic sense of the surreal. I can not recommend this enough!
