Nice set and props, really cool story behind, recommend to visit. My little son was amazed of all this steampunk things
We were a bit sceptical about the venue as it doesn't have any clear instruction or sign at the spot apart from we were told that someone would pick up us. Antonio eventually showed up with a warm and friendly welcome. We were guided to the actual room which is located at the back of an old stage after being briefed.
The overall experience was fun and rather intensive as it was our first time in an escape room. We had managed to finished all tasks with a bit guidance via a speaker by Antonio who had been monitoring via a camera through the whole playing time.
Well our walkie talkie didn't work and that wasted 30 minutes of our time. The key that I picked up in the first 2 minutes didn't fit in the place it was suppose to hence why we were contacting the staff and we was getting no response because it was broke. They had to manually let us through to the next bits because of broken equipment. They gave us an extra 10 mins or so.. but when I came out and said it wasn't fair that we didn't have a working walking talkie and the key didn't fit.. I was told to not complain because they gave us lots of clues and gave us an extra 10 minutes. I'm not being funny, but if someone went to a hotel that I worked at and the swimming pool didn't work 5 out of 7 days in the holiday although it was suppose to work 7 days and I said you shouldn't complain because it worked 5 days and I had it open and extra hour on one of the days.... That's just bloody ridiculous. Honestly, the woman was so so so rude and her customer service is appalling. I didn't bother saying anything else because it would make me angry. She also laughed when I said it's ridiculous but don't worry.... Anyway... Not worth £60
Fantastic experience! We really enjoyed it and it was a good challenge. Definitely kept the adrenaline going!
my friends and I find it very interesting. It was our first time playing an escape. It has a fair price for a very entertaining game! Definitely would recommend it to others!
I went with my colleagues for a Christmas treat and a treat it was. Antonio was warm and welcoming and knew exactly how to make the best of the experience for us. The setting (backstage at an old theatre) is brilliant and although the room may seem small at first there is plenty to explore. A couple of jumps along the way and just a great laugh. I would thoroughly recommend it and cant wait for him to create a new one.
The Impossible Murder Mystery by Komnata was a really fun experience. It was actually not incredibly difficult but the fear factor added to the challenge. Our host Bobby was great too!
My main hang up was that now escape needs to liaise better with Komnata because I was given the wrong address details and luckily called up to confirm or would have gone to the wrong location which would have been a bit of a disaster! I was also told on the phone that they didn’t have record of my booking
